Tech Thursday and TechMB is thrilled to host the inaugural Manitoba Tech Awards 2024 as part of MBTech Week.
Now is the time to nominate leaders and individuals for the awards. Nominations are open until February 15th.

→ Top Startup to Watch - presented by Startup TNT
Recognizes one of Manitoba’s early-stage companies that will be the “most likely to succeed”, as voted on by the Manitoba tech community.
→ Tech Company of the Year - presented by Tech Manitoba
Recognizes one of Manitoba’s later-stage companies that is having a positive impact on Manitoba’s tech ecosystem.
→ Outstanding Game Studio - presented by New Media Manitoba
Awarded to a game studio in Manitoba that has demonstrated special achievement
→ Most Innovative Technology Award - presented by Canadian Council of Innovators
Awarded to a tech startup with the most innovative technology, either hardware or software.
→ Leader of the Year - presented by Tech Manitoba
The Leader of the Year is awarded to an executive-level individual (Founder, CEO, COO, CTO, President, Vice-President, etc) who has not only had a significant impact on the success of their organization, but also serves as inspiration to their colleagues/teams, customers and community.
→ Most Promising Founder - presented by Manitoba Technology Accelerator
Awarded to a dynamic early-stage founder recognized for their coach-ability, community involvement and ability to launch a technology-focused company in Manitoba.
→ Impact Award - presented by SkipTheDishes
Awarded to the tech company or organization that demonstrates their commitment to Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) standards, or through their products and services assists other companies or society in general to make improvements in one or more of Environment, Social (diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging) or Governance areas.
→ Women in Tech Award - presented by NorthForge
The Woman in Tech is awarded to a founder recognized for her entrepreneurial success in launching a technology-focused company in Manitoba. This individual has also demonstrated a passion for supporting gender equity and promoting women’s advancement, making a lasting impact on Manitoba’s technology ecosystem.
