💸 Acquisitions
RocketRez, a ticketing and operations software platform, has acquired TourOpp Go!, a communications automation technology. The acquisition will bring dramatic improvements to RocketRez’s recently released Guest Experience Portal, RocketPASS.
Miovision, a leading provider of traffic safety solutions, has acquired Winnipeg-based MicroTraffic, a company that uses predictive modelling to anticipate potential car crashes. The acquisition will bring MicroTraffic’s collision predictions to Miovision’s traffic management tech.
